These are the main steps a user follows from landing on TrackPulse up to the final thank-you screen.
Either share anything of interest or go directly to quick surveys.
New users register, while returning users continue with an existing mobile number or email.
A one-time PIN confirms the user before submission or progress saving is finalised.
There are 2 main options to choose from: What's On Your Mind? and Go To Quick Surveys

Accessing and completing surveys
Share anything of interest to you or the general public. Followed by a quick registration or login. This option includes the opportunity to complete a quick survey and a chance to spin the wheel for a possible reward.
A quick registration is required to submit the shared information
If already registered, use the Login option
Users enter their contact and profile details, then agree to the POPIA notice before continuing.
If already registered, use the Login option.
Existing users continue with a mobile number or email to received the One Time PIN, instead of registering again.
After successful registration, the user can continue to a quick survey.
Complete a survey to earn 1 opportunity to spin the wheel for a possible voucher reward
One survey is displayed questions open one at a time and answers are saved as the user progresses.
After survey is submitted, 1 spin is confirmed.
Proceed to the rewards page and spin the wheel for a possible voucher reward
There are Only Two opportunities to spin the wheel. The process is shown below:
The user sees available spins, the wheel, and the match-to-win explanation.
Before the wheel starts, the user selects a lucky number and sees the selected choice below the wheel.
If the wheel result does not match the selected number, try again after completing another quick survey.
This is the last opportunity to spin.If the wheel result does not match the selected number, no other opportunity will be available.
This final page confirms participation.
This option is for completing surveys on different topics, in a fast and easy way
Click on any of the available surveys to start submitting.
Proceed to register or login to submit the survey answers.
If first time, choose to 'Register', else choose 'Login' for survey answers to be submitted.
Complete the registration details to receive a One Time Pin for verification, via SMS or Email.
Enter the received One Time Pin for verification.
Choose 'Yes' to complete other quick surveys or 'No, Thanks' close the session.
